Our Priorities...

Our ministry at LifePoint Church is based upon five biblical priorities. We believe every Christian should maintain a consistent involvement in each of these areas in order to be spiritually healthy and to grow toward Christian maturity. These priorities guide every decision we make.
Worship.

As those who are blessed to enjoy a relationship with God by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, we regularly gather in worship for the purpose of giving honor to Him.

Grow.

Because the heart of Christian growth (discipleship) involves putting God's Word into practice in our daily lives, we offer several opportunities each week to study the Bible with a view toward life application.

Connect.

Knowing that every person needs loving friends with whom to share life's joys and sorrows, we offer a wide range of Life Groups in which honest, supportive friendships can be established and maintained as we encourage everyone to experience church life together.

Serve.

Understanding the Biblical principle that every true Christian is to be involved in ministry to others, our goal is to help each person discover his/her spiritual gift, become better equipped to serve, and then find a meaningful place of service in the church.

Share.

Believing God loves all peoples and Jesus died for the entire world, we seek to motivate, equip and involve ourselves in reaching out with God's love to others in our respective spheres of influence and through our missions outreach around the world.

Extended Statement of FaithStatement of Marriage

We believe in...

  • One God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • The Bible, as the inspired, infallible Word of God; the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
  • Jesus Christ, His Deity, virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious death, burial, and bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and personal return in power and glory.
  • Man's sinfulness and salvation by grace through faith in the once for all perfect sacrifice for sins by Jesus Christ on the cross.
  • The ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose power the repentant sinner becomes a new creation and is enabled to live a godly life.
  • The resurrection of the dead, the believer to life everlasting and the unbeliever to judgment and separation from God.
  • The Church, as the one body of Christ, for which He will return, composed of all from every tongue, tribe, people and nation who have trusted Christ alone for their salvation.
