David Harris
Pastor for Worship
David has been serving as the Pastor of Worship and Music at LifePoint since May of 2002, after spending 13 years as Director of Music at YouthFront, a Para-church youth ministry in the Kansas City area. He grew up mostly in southern New Mexico and then graduated from William Jewell College, a Christian school near Kansas City, Missouri.
After the Lord, the love of his life is Mary, his wife since 1992. They have three grown children that they enjoy spending time with whenever they can. David also loves traveling, spending time outdoors and playing sports.
He is very energetic, loves music, and has a passion for leading others into the presence of the Lord through musical worship. The heart of David’s passion comes from Psalm 92:1 – It is good to praise the LORD and make music to your name, O Most High…
