Tony Guinn

Pastor for Equipping

Tony became a Christian in 1996 at the age of 28. Shortly after his conversion, he began to serve in jail/prison ministry, as well as serving in a local church. Since 2003, Tony has served as a pastor/elder. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ball State University in 1990 and a Master of Divinity from LAMP Seminary in 2010. Tony worked for Marsh Supermarkets for over 25 years before joining the staff at LifePoint in 2012. He is an ACBC Fellow and is the author of the books, Convinced of God’s Love: Growing in Humility and Worship and 5-P Evangelism: Loving God and Our Neighbor.

Tony’s main responsibilities at LifePoint include: evangelism and evangelism equipping, counseling and equipping the Biblical Counseling Ministry, elder equipping, deacon equipping, teaching various classes, and occasional preaching.

Tony and his wife, Dorinda, were married in 2001. They have two daughters, Anna and Leah. Tony enjoys exercising, guitar, hiking, reading and sports.
